These Terms and Conditions are for any client who books a session for a live stream and/or filming at T&B Events Ltd studio, and the client agrees to abide by all of the following:

The client will receive the video, audio and photographs (all material/footage) taken in their session within five working days of the date of the session.

T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films are not liable or responsible for repair or replacement of damaged, broken or lost equipment, personal items and any other item that is owned by a client and/or client’s guests. Any such items are brought into the studio at the client’s risk (and that of the client’s guests).

Once a booking is confirmed and a time and date is arranged the client must pay the price of the package they chose in full at the time of booking.

Terms of cancellation are as follows: up until 48 hours before the booking begins, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded. Less than 48 hours before the booking begins, none of the booking fee will be refunded.

The three packages are: BRONZE (£500 + VAT), SILVER (£700 + VAT) and GOLD (£900 + VAT). The price for each package will not change unless agreed by T&B Events Ltd.

For each package there is a one hour setup and one hour pack up time. If the client over-runs the chosen package by 30 minutes or more then the client must pay £100.

The client (and any guests) must treat the staff of T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films with respect and kindness. If T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films feel that the client (and any guests) are acting disrespectfully or rude to the staff, unlawfully, dangerously or not abiding to these Terms and Conditions, the booking will be terminated without a refund, and the client (and any guests) will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films will ONLY allow a maximum of 2 guests of the artist/band/DJ to come inside the studio. Guests will behave appropriately at all times and keep noise to a minimum during a livestream/filming session. Guests will follow the instructions of studio staff at all times.

The client (and guests) can bring liquids into the studio, but must NOT drink it on the stage unless it is in a screw-top bottle which is kept closed.

T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films own full copyright of the video, audio and photographic footage/material, and retain the right to use it in their own publicity. The client must give T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films a credit when using the footage.

T&B Events Ltd and Moran Films reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
